I am building a flow using Twilio, and was wondering if the Twilio service can be used to authenticate the app users as well.
Click Services in the Drawing Tool and click the pencil icon next to the service. (Let's say, Salesforce).
This opens the service page, where you will find details on the service like Types, Configuration, and Features.
If the Identity box is checked under Features, then the service can be used to authenticate your end-users.
If the box is not checked, it means you need to use a different service for authentication.
Specifically, Twilio can not be used for authentication. Some of the services you may want to consider - the ManyWho Identity service, Box, or Salesforce.
