Email Alert - Not receiving messages

I have configured email alerts from setup page and wondering why I am not able to receive emails.

In previous accounts it worked perfectly fine. Am I missing any settings or do I need to talk with Exchange server support person to understand the problem?.


We have tried all the combinations of log level and Event type and different email id's but no luck.
