Sage 50 / Peachtree Profile Import Error

When using the Sage 50 / Peachtree Import Wizard, the profile import for SalesJournal is throwing an error of "A Timeout has occurred, please try again."  In another occasion during testing, we received an error of "Unable to browse connector: Java heap space".  The database is very large, so we assume it had something to do with the database size.  All other connections to Peachtree work, some of the smaller database tables like AccountingPeriods imports the query profile ok, and atom memory allocation has been increased to it's maximum.  Since we can't use a manual profile until one is imported, we aren't able to integrate with certain transactions.



Connect using one of the sample Peachtree company profiles.  For example, "C:/Sage/Peachtree/Company/Sample/PAW/BCS".  This will allow the initial import of the profile.  Per the connector instructions in the user guide, just make sure you stop and then restart the Atom to initiate the connection to a new company file.
