How to update incidents in Servicenow using Process?

I have used the Servicenow connector in process to update the Incident in Servicenow. I have created the connection and created the operation by providing table filter "Incident". Then I have passed the input file for testing the process. The testing was completed successfully but Incident not updated. Instead it created the new incident in Servicenow 

 

So I tried another way, provided the sys_id parameter in Servicenow parameter tab. Then saved and tested the process using an input file. As a result incident not updated. Is there any configuration details to pass sys_id in servicenow connector?

 

Can someone provide solution for this issue.
