In Dell Boomi Support, I can view all cases I have opened. We have a need to view all cases opened for our Account, by all users. Does this functionality exist? Thanks.
We require some sharing rules to be configured to view all the cases from all the users under your account. Please open a support case to enable viewing all cases from Boomi support portal.
You can see it by going to "All Open Cases" view for open cases and "All Closed Cases" for closed casesin the Cases tab
some accounts might not be configured completely, so they might not see others cases even when going to that view. We should configure that via a case request.
