I registered for the boomi essentials course and one of the first things to do is load the Boomi Essentials process library but I do not see it as an option. What step I have I missed. Thanks.
Does your screen look like this in the training account?
You have the "Browse Process Library" in left bottom of the screen.

Additional point for your reference,Anthony, If you need any help further is: For all the processes Boomi LMS wants us to install is available in the Browse Process Library and we can simply install the process in your desired folder and make the most of it. I think the problem is we're doing the free LMS training? My company is a Boomi customer and I signed up for the essentials course as well but I was never given a "training account" to log into platform.boomi.com with but I have an account to log into the training site dellboomi.myabsorb.com to access the essentials training video. When I go to my prod env, I'm not able to load the account xml to csv solution either. Do we need to pay for a class to get access to a training account and the library?
Found the answer for me finally; when you go to switch accounts, search for Training-FirstName-LastName-CompanyName and you should find the test environment and be able to load the libraries.
